We have made a lot of changes to how we operate over the last 6 months. We have successfully relocated most of our office staff to working from home. We can deliver many of our Occupational Health Services remotely and, in particular, Sickness Absence Support or Management Referral (OH Assessments) can be very effectively delivered over the pone or by video consultation. This has allowed us to maintain a service throughout and has eliminated the need to travel or meet face-to-face and thus reduce the risk to everybody.
We have suspended all of our OH physician clinics (expect for Croydon where face-to-face appointments can be arranged) and we continue to review this situation. For the foreseeable future (October 20) with Covid cases rising sharply we do not forecast for this clinics to reopen anytime in the near future. Our plan remains to reopen when the risk to all has reduced significantly.
