We have a unique insight into what results are required by our customers from our Occupational Health provision. Our service delivery always starts with listening to our customers requirements and then jointly developing appropriate Occupational Health solutions.
Central to the delivery of our service are our great team of Occupational Health Advisors (OHA’s) based throughout the UK and our extensive network of Occupational Health Physicians. We have 100+ OH Doctor's spread throughout the UK whom we can call upon for Occupational Health assessments and expert advise. We can subsequently offer on-site and off-site occupational health services, including pre-employment assessments, sickness absence management, health surveillance and health promotion throughout the UK.
We like to employee and retain the best Occupational Health professionals. For this reason one of the key objectives for our central team is to support and develop our on-site OH Advisors so they can continually develop their technical & management skills & be in a position to focus on outstanding service delivery.

These professionals are nurses that have specialised in the field of Occupational Health. They have gained further qualifications to allow them to really understand the affects of work on people and indeed how ill health of people affects work. They are uniquely placed to add value in terms of maintaining employee health and wellbeing and thus maximising their overall productivity.
At Everwell, we recognise the need for sickness absence management, health surveillance, DSE assessments and so on for small or medium enterprises or SME companies is essentially the same as for bigger organisations but the volumes, internal management structures & knowledge resources, logistics and processes are different. Therefore, at Everwell, we have built up an area of expertise to support SMEs who only have the occasional Occupational Health requirement, perhaps one day of health surveillance a year or the very occasional sickness absence issue.
