										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The team here at Everwell like to support charity fundraising,  for 2025  our default charity is <strong>Winston’s Wish</strong>.</p>
<p>A small and easy way Everwell is raising money is that for all purchases we are using a great website called easyfundraising to help raise money &#8211; simply by shopping online.  I actually utilise the site for any work purchases and for my own at home on-line purchases.  For work that means we raise a few pennies on each and every one of those little purchases via Amazon, travel and hotels!  I use the option on both my computer and mobile phone and once set-up, its really easy to use.</p>
<p>If you haven’t already heard about it then I’d certainly recommend checking it out and using it as a matter of habit, be it for Winston’s Wish or any other cause of your choice.  To date over the last few years, I’ve raised £1,400 for my chosen cause at no cost to me and now I have swapped my chosen charity to align with Everwell’s chosen charity for Winston’s Wish.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We have made a lot of changes to how we operate over the last 6 months.  We have successfully relocated most of our office staff to working from home.  We can deliver many of our Occupational Health Services remotely and, in particular, Sickness Absence Support  or Management Referral (OH Assessments) can be very effectively delivered over the pone or by video consultation.  This has allowed us to maintain a service throughout and has eliminated the need to travel or meet face-to-face and thus reduce the risk to everybody.</p>
<div>We have suspended all of our OH physician clinics (expect for Croydon where face-to-face appointments can be arranged) and we continue to review this situation.  For the foreseeable future (October 20) with Covid cases rising sharply we do not forecast for this clinics to reopen anytime in the near future.  Our plan remains to reopen when the risk to all has reduced significantly.</div>
