For larger academies and colleges we would also recommend you consider having a regular scheduled service where by an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor visits on a set schedule (once a month, once a fortnight,.....) and tackles whatever issues are arising. This is an effective and value for money approach to tackling sickness absence issues especially when several hundred plus staff.
