manual handling trainingManual handling affects us all each and everyday. Whether you work in a factory, warehouse, office or retail environment, knowing how to correctly lift will avoid injury to both yourself and others.

At Everwell Occupational Health we believe that all employees should be aware of the correct way to lift.

Our manual handing course encourages staff to look at ways that moving tasks can be avoided or minimised and focuses on how to apply safe lifting techniques.
